Beyond chatbots, AI is being used operationally to automate tasks such as call notes and document review. This has cut the time to process 15,000 annual trust deeds from 45 minutes to five minutes, saving around 10,000 hours annually. They also estimate that using AI to analyse data more efficiently can reduce some data management costs by 50%.
